Questions about our direct mail services
What is the difference between EDDM and other direct mail?
EDDM delivers to every home on a carrier route, with no names or list. Other direct mail goes to a list of addresses. EDDM costs less per home. A list lets you pick only certain homes. See EDDM vs addressed mail.
What is the smallest order?
200 homes. Most first mailings are 2,000 to 5,000 homes.
Do you design the card?
Yes. Start from a template for your trade and we set it up, or upload your own design and we check it.
Do I need a USPS permit or account?
No. Retail EDDM needs no permit. We handle the paperwork.
Can you mail outside Texas?
Yes. We mail anywhere in the US, or ship the bundles to you to drop at your own post office.
