EDDM mailing service and cost
Our EDDM mailing service sends a postcard to every home on your routes from $0.44 a home on a 6.25 x 9 card. That covers a template, printing, USPS postage, and the post office drop. A 5,000-home mailing is $2,200 before add-ons. Smaller mailings cost a little more per home. Want to drop it yourself? Print only starts at $0.17 a card.

Print only means we print, bundle by route, add facing slips, and fill in the USPS paperwork. You take the bundles to the post office and pay the postage there. Pick them up at our Texas shop, or choose Ship to me and we send the boxes to you by ground for a shipping fee. How EDDM printing and shipping works. EDDM price compared to the market
EDDM rates have two parts. Postage is set by USPS at $0.260 a piece for EDDM Retail since July 12, 2026. Printing and prep is what each mailing service charges on top. For a market check in October 2026, large national EDDM services listed about $0.49 a home for 5,000 cards (6.25 x 9) and about $0.68 a home for 1,000. Our price is $0.44 and $0.52 for the same mailings.

What plan fits your business
- Real estate. Growth fits a monthly farm area card. Add Starter mailings for each just listed or just sold.
- Churches. Starter fits two or three holiday invites a year.
- Landscaping, HVAC, and dental. Autopilot fits a steady flow of calls, with mail and ads on the same streets.
- Restaurants. Growth fits a monthly offer to the homes closest to you.
- Political. Starter fits mail timed to early voting and election day. Campaign mail needs a paid-for-by disclaimer.
Pricing questions
Is there a minimum order?
200 homes per mailing. Most first mailings cover 2,000 to 5,000 homes, which also gets a lower price per home.
Can I drop the mail myself?
Yes. Choose print only. We print your cards, bundle them by route, and add the facing slips. You take them to the post office and pay the $0.260 postage there. Print only starts at $0.17 a card.
Why is postage its own line?
USPS sets EDDM postage and changes it about once a year. We charge exactly what USPS charges, so you always see the real number.
Can I cancel a plan?
Yes. Cancel from your account before your next drop date. No fees.
Can I pay over time?
Yes, at checkout on larger orders. Terms are set by the payment provider.
What if I need changes after approving the proof?
Once you approve, the job goes to print. Three proof rounds are free before that. Extra rounds are $25 each.
